Optimized Battery Charging not working on iPhone 15 Pro Max

I have the iPhone 15 Pro Max since October. I noticed optimized battery charging is not working. I have my routine charging habit. Every night I'm charging my phone at 10 PM then I disconnect it on the charger at 5 AM since I'm working at 7 AM. I did this routine for a month then I followed every steps to work it but it doesn't. I think apple should take note from google pixel. I really like the adaptive charging of the pixel phone instantly it is turning on once I connected to the charger.
