Video stuck on sending in messages and cant stop, remove or delete it

I tried to send a video through messages to a friend and it first come up with preparing iCloud link, then showed in the messages but says "Sent via iCloud" Uploading 1 Video, but has now been doing this for over 12 hours and still has the buffering icon going around on top of it and seems stuck. It comes up for the other person as still loading as well, I've tried turning the mobile off and on several times, reset the network settings, turning imessage and MMS off and on, held the picture to see if I can delete it or opt to send as SMS but the only thing that comes up is a blank screen the says Uploading 1 Video... Please help, how to I stop this or remove it?
