When trying to send a 11mb video, the blue bar gets very near the end and then fails to send. I have updated my phone, turned iMessage on/off and also closed and restarted. Is there anyone else who has seen this and has managed to fix?

If you are unable to send videos in Messages, these steps may help:
"If you see a red exclamation point
If you try to send a message and you see 
with an alert that says Not Delivered, follow these steps:
, then tap Try Again., then tap Send as Text Message. Messaging rates may apply. Contact your carrier for more information." If you can't send or receive messages on your iPhone or iPad We hope this helps!

Just to be certain, you’re sending an iMessage including the video to another iPhone? What is the difference between iMessage and SMS/MMS? - Apple Support
If you are, we recommend checking your internet speed to make sure the upload speed is sufficient. You may also want to make sure your Wi-Fi is configured with these Apple-recommended settings: Recommended settings for Wi-Fi routers and access points - Apple Support

Hi, none of those options work. I don’t want to send as SMS due to the cost and that still wouldn’t resolve my issue with videos not sending on iMessage. Thank you
