Pending purchase I didn’t want to purchase

I was using doulingos 2 week free trial when I went to go cancel it. I gave me another 2 week free trial after I reopened the app from my first one. After a while I noticed I couldn’t download anything without my card/Apple Pay failing. I was told I just have to pay it off, I don’t want to pay it off because I no longer wanted the app. If anyone has gone through this please give some advice or I’ll have to pay it off 🙏
