Can’t download apps due to declined payment. Cancelled subscription but still demanding payment

i can now download or upgrade apps from the App Store due to a declined payment. I cancelled the subscription which is actually still good until August fourth so not sure why you’re trying to run payment early, but even canceling I cannot download anything. It’s still asking for updated payment info and trying to run the payment

The payment method you used is likely no longer considered valid by Apple due to the payment being declined. You will need to add a more reliable method of payment for any future use of the App Store. You should also view your Purchase History and any amount that shows in red or listed as Pending is still money you owe that has not been able to be processed.
