Is there a certificate of origin for the iPad? If so, where do I get it?

Apple's products are manufactured in various different counties - the country of origin potentially being market specific.


The device/product that you have will indicate the country of origin. For iPad, you will find this information laser-engraved on the rear of the iPad - although you will likely need a magnifying glass or other optical aid to read it.


As for a Certificate of Origin, if required for the intended market in which the item was sold, it will be included within the product packaging.
