How to stop OS upgrade reminder on iMac with macOS Ventura.

Reminders about software updates are essential and I take them seriously but, I don't want to be nagged into updating my OS - in this case from Ventura to Sonoma. My not updating to Sonoma right now is a well thought out intentional decision.

System Setting >> General >> Software Update Applet

Disable the options you fell will stope this nagging update / upgrade process

In the bigger scheme of things

Have seen where some people have disabled the setting and still get nagged to upGrade

Not the best option

Manually download the full version of Sonoma via a Terminal command

Doing it via Terminal will Only download it.

It will NOT auto launch the " Install Sonoma Application "

Leave it alone in the Applications folder of your computer ( about 12.xx GB )

This seems to thwart the Apple Servers from nagging to upGrade as they see the Installer

Should you wish to explore further ?

Do post back and I can offer the Terminal command in question
