Being charged multiple times for iTunes.

Hi Everyone,

I'm not an iTunes user, but I've been charged three times by Apple last month and once this month (April 24th). I'm surprised that I haven't received any invoices from Apple for these four bills, and iTunes isn't listed in my subscription list. I don't understand how to deduct these payments.

Could anyone please explain what's happening and what I should do?

Thanks

Thank you for your reply.

I have checked all the links provided, but I couldn't identify the charge because I haven't received any email notifications of the payment in my inbox. Also, these messages don't seem to be fake because I confirmed with the bank, and they confirmed that four payments were deducted from my credit card and paid to the merchant (Apple) from my account.

In the meantime, I have canceled my other two subscriptions and I am now attempting to delete the credit card. However, I am receiving an alert that says, "You cannot delete the card due to using the subscription," etc.

I am now trying to reach Apple support, but I cannot find any live chat option on the support page.

If anyone has the support email, please share it with me so that I can directly email support about this issue.

Thanks
