Unexpected iTunes/Apple charge not linked to Apple Account

I noticed a charge on my account from apple.com/bill or itunes.com, but I don’t have any active subscriptions or purchases in the App Store. When I checked my purchase history on my device, there were no recent transactions. Also, this card is not linked to my Apple account in any way. I am unsure what this charge is for. I would appreciate assistance in resolving this issue and getting a refund if this charge was made in error.

If. you have no purchase history, and if your card is not listed in account.apple.com, the card has likely been compromised. Contact your card issuer.

Verify your purchases at support.apple.com/billing

Verify your account payment details at account.apple.com

If you are a Family Sharing group organizer it could be a family member's purchase.

Do you share a card with somebody? Somebody once posted a similar issue here and it turned out their wife had used a shared card.

If neither you, nor Apple, nor a Family Sharing member can account for a charge and it ONLY appears on a bill for a charge card you alone control, you may have been the victim of card fraud. Contact your financial institution immediately. Any “refund” would have to come from them, not Apple.
