I was notified that a sum pf 49.99$ was withdrawn from my credit card as an itunes bill and I cant find anything in subscriptions or purchase history about that. I want to refund and I would like to know what I can provide apple to do that

It sounds as if your credit card may have been compromised. Work through the link above to check all possibilities pointed out there. You may have no choice but to but to contact your banking/ credit card company and go over this with them.
