Apple TV+ is included for 3 months when you purchase
an Apple device and redeem the offer within 90 days, But I didn't get it

It seems that you already accepted this 7 day trial, which may block accepting some other offers. Do ask Apple staff to help sort this out.
The offer for an extended free trial to Apple TV+, is for new subscribers that have recently (within the last 90 days) purchased one of the qualifying new Apple devices (iPhone, iPad, Mac, Apple TV box), from Apple or from an Apple Authorized Reseller. This offer is for the first registered user of that qualifying new Apple device (important for e.g. gifts: not for the buyer per se, but for the actual user). One offer per user. Redeem on that new device, not on a different device.
New subscribers that are not eligible, or try to redeem in other ways that described, would see the standard 7 day trial instead.

↳ Step 5 says to contact Apple if the prior steps didn’t bring a solution. They can assist.
Note that for Macs, users have to additionally sign in to the TV app (menu Account), for the redeem option to appear.
