To all Al Ahli SNB customer , how did you add your card to apple wallet ?

Don’t go directly on your wallet application instead go to your SNB mobile apps then log in, then click your PRIMARY account, then will you will see MADA CARDS click that, then click your name, then u will see down add to wallet and thats it, the bank will call you for confirmation.

Have you tried to add the card multiple times in the last week or so? If so, how many times would you estimate?

Card approval goes through both the bank and the payment network (Mastercard, Visa etc.). Some banks may use a third party for verification. Any of the entities may have a restriction on the account. Some banks or the network may be blocking the card for too many attempts to add the card. This is a symptom of fraud.

The bank would need to contact the payment network or verification services provider, if the bank is not blocking the card.

Another possibility is your card has too many tokens assigned to the card. The bank or payment network can remove tokens.

When you receive that error message, the issue is with the bank. Please contact the support team at the bank that issued the card.
