Can I create an additional Apple ID in another country ?
I would like to add anther Apple ID in another country

You can only use one Apple Id at a time on an Apple device.
You can create another Apple ID if you have a spare email you can use and a payment method for said country.

If you log out of your previous Apple ID and log in with the new one, you may lock out the previous Apple ID for 90 days from logging back into the device.
