MacBook Air cpu temp is 100 degrees while the fans are slowly turning

I think the labtop is CPU is really hot(93.82 C) I already cleaned out the dust inside the labtop.

the fans are also spinning very slow

Sometimes when cleaning your fans, one of your cables may have disconnected from your motherboard. You can open your laptop and reconnect the wire.

Or you may also consider removing your fans, cleaning off any old thermal paste, and put new thermal paste on the areas that used to have thermal paste.
