Failing to login into Apple tv box 2nd Gen

I have been trying to login into Apple TV 2nd Gen but I’m getting that message. I have tried with my correct Apple ID and password as well as the 2FA, also with my wife’s account nothing yet. Please help me with ideas to solve this issue. Thanks!
