It's 2024, why are the camera and microphone on the Studio Display still broken?

I'm sorry but this is absurd for a $1500+ piece of equipment. Every time I have to get on a Zoom, Google Meet, or MS Teams call, there is at least a 50% chance that my Studio Display will not work. Frozen, choppy video, no audio, etc.

This problem has been around for years and STILL HAS NOT BEEN FIXED.

And no, having to unplug your monitor for a full minute before every time you need to get on a video call is not an acceptable "fix" or "solution". WTF Apple???
