Non visible crack but sound of crack is audible

Hi,

I bought XS max 256gb on june end and after one week my display got cracked little bit and it’s not visible. When I hold my phone for a call I can hear that cracked sound. Not even two months completed for my phone. When I went to apple store they told me they cannot make it for free and I need to pay money for changing display. To be mentioned this crack was because of a when I went for a walk with a key in my pant pocket it’s done.
