Virus alert safari pop-up

So i was looking at fakedetails.com and i downloaded an image and a few seconds later a pop-up told me that i had a virus. Anything to worry about?

Safari pop up "13 viruses detected from saffron.co.in action required" This pop up keeps coming up for Safari, I didn't download anything I know it's not legit, I just want to know how I get rid of this? I closed all browsers and cleared my history. Suggestions please?

No. Those things are very common scams. Just close the page.
