Problem with phone memory

I have a Iphone 14 pro max which has 128gb of memory, to have it more, I upgraded my iCloud from 200gb to 2tb, but something isn't working properly because I get the notification from my phone saying that I don’t have enough memory storage on my phone. The iCloud memory is almost empty, using only 247,6gb out of 2tb. But when I go to my iPhone memory it says that I have 110,19gb out of 128gb. Here are the pictures which can explain it more clearly. Something isn’t working properly and I don’t know what. Help!

You bought more icloud storage not internal storage, you will need to delete or offload data off your phone to gain back more memory read here What's the difference between device storage and iCloud storage? - Apple Support
