Hi Apple. On my Ipad it shows my apple ID is my phone number and on my Iphone my apple ID is my icloud email address. For example, on my Iphone when I try to message somebody on my Iphone they get the message from my Icloud email address (@icloud.com). But when I message somebody on my Ipad they get a message from my phone number. It seems like the two transferred? I dont know what do. Please help :(

Perhaps your iPad and iPhone Message settings differ:
Settings > Messages > Send & Receive > [Start New Conversations From] - select as required
Here you will see that you can select either your Phone Number or one of your email addresses (of which one is likely to be your AppleID) as the identifier for a new message.
Given your description, I suspect that you have selected your Phone Number in iPad settings - and your AppleID/email in iPhone settings.
Perhaps your iPad and iPhone Message settings differ:
