Unable to download songs from Apple Music on iPhone

Hello,

I currently can’t seem to be able to download anything on my Apple Music account. The bar for the download just stop working all of a sudden. I have the latest IOS update and I tried on WiFi and cellular data, non working. Stranger, I had all my downloaded music yesterday but everything vanished overnight, is it a bug ?

thank you for your future reply.

It sounds like there might be an issue with your Apple Music account or device. Here are a few troubleshooting steps you can try:

1. Restart your device: Sometimes, a simple restart can resolve temporary issues.

2. Check your Apple Music subscription: Ensure that your Apple Music subscription is active. You can check this in the Music app by tapping “For You” or “Browse” and looking for any messages about your subscription status.

3. Sign out and sign back in: Try signing out of your Apple ID in the Music app and then signing back in. This can refresh your account information and resolve some issues.

4. Update Apple Music app: Make sure you have the latest version of the Apple Music app installed on your device. You can check for updates in the App Store.

5. Check your storage: Ensure that you have enough storage space on your device to download music. Go to Settings > General > iPhone Storage (or iPad Storage) to check your available storage.

6. Reset network settings: If you’re having trouble downloading over Wi-Fi or cellular data, you can try resetting your network settings. Go to Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings. Note that this will reset your Wi-Fi networks and passwords.
