Unable to pair Apple watch to new iPhone, forgot password.

Have a new iPhone my watch will not pair cause I don’t have my password! To old phone how do I fix this !!!

if it was me then I would go to How to pair your Apple Watch with a new iPhone - Apple Support

and scroll down to section "If you don't have your old iPhone or you erased it"
