Series of phone numbers spam calls

Has apple followed up with 2022 suggestions from others on blocking a series of phone numbers at once? If so someone please tell me how.

These callers are using liberties that should not be allowed. It is obnoxious getting multiple calls daily from these folks who do not care how they are interrupting your day. You block one and then you get more calls from the same town, same state, same 1st three numbers, and the last four numbers are different. The amount of blocking one must do to eliminate these pesky callers should be should be one simple step. Not thousands. Apple, please create an option for us to stop these calls all at once. Most of these calls are from these small health insurance companies that got your number from some list . My stance is I’ll call you if I want something don’t call me 1st and expect I want what your selling. I have been at elderly customers homes that get these same types of obnoxious calls from people saying they are from medicare. I assure you they are not they will lie to these elderly people and ask them all sorts of none of their business questions all the while elderly people who have trouble walking and speaking and may not have their whits about them as they used to trying to get to the phone hoping it’s a friend or a family member. This is doing a terrible injustice to our Elderly people in the US. Imagine all the information some of these callers are getting from our sweet Elders.

This is a greater problem than we could dream.
