How to resolve eSIM compatibility issues on iPad Pro

when Im trying to setup an esim, ipad pro 11 2022 says

"This esim is not compatible with this ipad. Contact your network provider for more information"

As per the network provider, there is a esim lock placed by another overseas operator and neet to remove it.

However, physical sim is working fine.

I purchased this as a brand new sealed device.

Is there any way for me to install an esim ?

Did you purchase the iPad directly from Apple - or through a Cellular Carrier? Be aware that some Cellular Carriers are known to both subsidy-lock the iPad to the Carrier's network and disable an iPad's built-in eSIM.

While a subsidy lock can be removed by the Carrier that locked the device (often requiring payment of a fee), the built-in eSIM may have been permanently and irreversibly disabled.
