esim LOCKOUT

I RECEIVED A NEW I14 PRO MAX WAS NEVER USED TRIED TO MOVE MY CURRENT SERVICE OVER BUT THE CELLULAR OPTION SAID NOT COMPATIBLE WITH OLD PHONE SO WENT TO MY CARRIER TRACFONE THEY COULD NOT DO IT EITHER ESIM STARTS WITH 35 TRAC SAID THAT WON'T WORK IN THEIR SYSTEM IT HAS THEY START WITH 15 OR 16 NUMBERS. My ESMI1 AND ESIM EMI2 BOTH START WITH SAME NUMBER 35, is this a manufacturing issue or a special number for their top line users like Intel Corp? everything on the phone works. but the phone service manual transfer does not work either. when going to the cellular selection set up it says your sim is not supported contact TFW WHO ALSO SAY THEY CAN'T UNLOCK IT. ANY IDEAS? ON HOW TO UNLOCK?
