My Apple Cash balance is not correct

I received cash to my apple cash, used some of it for a purchase. The balance does not add up. I just received more cash, and the balance still does not add up. I checked the transactions, and everything is correct. Except the balance. Any idea why that is? It is not linked to any account at this time, not even my bank.
