Can’t login to Apple TV
Good Afternoon,
We have been trying to log in to our Apple TV, but it keeps saying ‘Unable to sign in, Cloud isn't set up for this Apple ID account. For more information, go to iCloud - Official Apple Support’. but we can login on our iPhone and I appears that iCloud is set up, so this is a confusing message to get. We have tried logging in multiple times over multiple days and have tried turning the appleTV box on and off as well as the TV it’s self. Not quite sure what to do next.
