Confirmation of purchase date

I bought a MacBook Air yesterday. The official website says that the warranty is valid until September of this year. And need to confirm the date of purchase. The store agreed to correct this information to the current date for a fee. I can not get through to Apple for some reason. What to do and how to write them a letter ?
