My edit button in Payment and Shipping is greyed out

Edit button is grayed out so I cannot update payment data or add a new one. How do I fix it?

Do you have Screen Time Restrictions set to ON? If Yes, then open Settings ➡️ Screen Time ➡️ Content & Privacy Restrictions: Set this to OFF. Try editing your Payment Method again.
