Has my iPhone been compromised?

Hello! While I was on TikTok, a video popped up with some people sharing websites where you can see other people's mugshots in the comments section. I typed in "arrest.org" on Safari, and a window popped up saying my phone has been hacked and a hacker is tracking me. I want to know if I actually got hacked or if it was a scammer

Is my iphone hacked? Hacked or Scam? While on Facebook on my iPhone I clicked on a 90s where are they now site and a pop up says your phone has been hacked and everything on your actions on the phone are being tracked by a hacker. Action required immediately. And option to select”ok” and no way to exit. What steps should be taken?
