Is upgrading to iCloud+ really worth it

Hello! I'm an iPhone user for a long time. I've purchased iCloud+ (50 GB) a year ago (approx). But at the time of purchase, I had thought that l'd upgrade it to the 2TB slab when I become financially stable and probably now is the time I can afford the upgrade. But, what are some solid reasons that someone can give me for making this upgrade? I don't see any other than this one reason that when I replace this iPhone (13 Pro) with another one, (hopefully upgraded one) I can simply reset this iPhone and sell it because the new one will have all my content downloaded on it after I log in with my Apple ID, instead of having to manually transfer the data to the new one. Now, in order to do that, l can simply purchase the 2TB slab of iCloud+ a few days before selling this iPhone and downgrade the plan after all the data has been transferred to my new iPhone.

I know some of you'd say that if my iPhone is low on storage, upgradation of iCloud+ would help but I let me tell you that I still have

30-40 GB space available out of 256.

Give me solid & valid reasons or pros of upgrading from 50 GB to 2 TB iCloud+.

iPhone 13 Pro, iOS 17

My previous reply listed a second reason to have more iCloud storage:

If you have more that 50GB of photos and other data that you want synced or backed up to iCloud so that it isn't completely lost if your phone is lost, stolen or broken (and you don't want to prepare for that possibility by periodically backing up the phone to a computer).

A couple of reasons that you might want iCloud space:

If you have more that 50GB of Photos that you want to automatically sync with other Apple devices and also to be able to access them by using an internet browser.

If you have more that 50GB of photos and other data that you want synced or backed up to iCloud so that it isn't completely lost if your phone is lost, stolen or broken (and you don't want to prepare for that possibility by periodically backing up the phone to a computer).

Note that there are other ways to transfer data to a new phone that don't need iCloud storage. See the other two methods in Transfer data from your previous iOS or iPadOS device to your new iPhone or iPad - Apple Support
