How create a new Apple ID
I don’t have any Apple ID. So I want to make a new Apple ID

So what happened when you went to make a new Apple ID? You should be able to make a new Apple ID from nearly any device with a browser and internet access.
Use a web browser and go to https://appleid.apple.com/. Click on “create your AppleID” and make the AppleID. Then on the iPhone sign into iCloud with that new AppleID. You will then be prompted to make an iCloud account for that new AppleID.
