Airdrop not working - iPhone 14

I keep on trying to airdrop stuff from my MacBook Pro to my iPhone 14 , it used to work but now it won't. I always have had an issue with airdropping to my iPhone 14 since I got it . It's proper annoying now and I looked up everything . What can I do?

Please check your Screen Time restrictions on your iPhone.

Screen Time

Settings > Screen Time > Content and Privacy Restrictions > Allowed Apps > AirDrop [Enable]

Use AirDrop on iPhone to send items to nearby Apple devices

Make sure that the recipient you're sending to is nearby and within Bluetooth range and that you both have Wi-Fi and Bluetooth turned on.
Check that the recipient you're sending to has their AirDrop set to receive from Everyone or Contacts Only.
