Unable to use Apple Vision Pro as I don't have passcode with me

Since my vision pro device is version 1.0, there is no support for changing the password or resetting the device. Hope the official can provide an OTA upgrade. Otherwise my product will be a piece of scrap metal. Because my vision pro was purchased in the United States. But I'm in China now. And I forgot my device password. As a result, I cannot use the equipment now. Chinese officials also do not support the after-sales of the device. Hope for a quick resolution.

See if this works for you: If you forgot your Apple Vision Pro passcode - Apple Support


If that doesn't work then unfortunately you may have to go to an Apple Store to get your Apple Vision Pro fixed :)
