IPhone 12 Receiver Issue - Manufactured in 14 Dec 2020

My name is Vinod from Bengaluru, India. After updating my iPhone's iOS for my iPhone 12, I noticed that the receiver functionality ceased, resulting in significantly reduced audio clarity. Upon consulting the service centre, I was informed that my iPhone 12 falls within a previously established Apple Service Program, which unfortunately expired after three years. It appears that the receiver, a component caused due to manufacturing defect.

Considering my device has surpassed the three-year mark by three months as per the Apple website, it was manufactured in 14 Dec 2020 & I'm seeking assistance regarding this issue. It's disheartening to learn that rectifying the defective receiver necessitates replacing the entire screen assembly, a measure that seems disproportionate given the nature of the problem. I firmly believe that users shouldn't bear the burden of manufacturing defects, especially when they surface well within the product's lifecycle.

Could you kindly review my case and extend support to address the receiver malfunction on my iPhone? Additionally, could you clarify whether any options are available under the Apple Service Program or if there are alternative solutions to rectify the issue without requiring a full screen replacement? Your understanding and assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.
