Will iPhone photos be high enough resolution for a slide presentation?

I want to make a slideshow presentation using photos I have taken on my iPhone 12. Will the iPhone photos be high enough resolution that they won't pixilate? Is there a way to make them a higher resolution?

My iPhone 12 takes pictures with 4032x3024 pixels--12megapixels. This is plenty of resolution. The display on my Mac Air is 2560 x 1600 pixels. High Definition TV is 1280 x 720 pixels. 4K TV is  4,096 × 2,160 pixels (8.8 MP.)

Your camera is as high resolution as pretty much anything you will be showing it on, or anything anybody is used to looking at.

Of course, you still have to be sure the picture is in focus, well exposed, and you didn't cut off their heads...
