Messaging and calling issues on iPhone 14 after update

Updated my iPhone 14 and now my phone cannot text android phones or receive messages. I've attempted all previous advice I've read on this forum. I can send now but cannot receive text messages from android phones. .

I have reset my settings. Turned off and on multiple times. Idk what else to do. I've tried turning off WiFi and sending texts w cellular data. Still won't go through or receive to android phones.
