Cycle Tracking Deletion

I will never have a need to track menstrual activity, ever. I wish to delete the “Cycle Tracking” component app from the Health app. I DO NOT need instructions on deleting data as there is none. I want to remove cycle tracking from my iPhone. Please DO NOT tell me how to remove it from my watch; that is not the question.

How do I delete “Cycle Tracking” from my iPhone?

Unfortunately, the built-in Cycle Tracking app on iPhone can't be completely deleted
