Notes are shifted up one semitone with MIDI keyboard

Hello, I got a new MIDI keyboard and when I play a scale (e.g. C, D, E, F, G) it shows it as the same thing but up a semitone in Logic. (C#, D#, E#, F#, G#)

All the notes play just fine except this one issue.

Someone on an older post with a similar issue (this but a semitone down) suggested this could be a keyboard issue, so I'll include that: It's the M-AUDIO Oxygen 61.
