When I try to print from my iPad from a certain website my print job looks good in the preview but then it prints small, not actual size. Printing from other web sites it prints OK. Is there some way I can change printing to actual size when printing from this website?

When printing, presumably using iPad's native Print functions, you will be presented with the Print dialog page. Here you will see your print options - that includes page Scaling with associated "-" and "+" buttons:
You can also change the current scaling factor by entering a numeric value as a percentage.
To the left of the selectable options, you will also see one or more preview thumbnail images - that will change as you make changes to your selected print options and scaling.
Note that you can enlarge any of the preview thumbnails for a better view - using a two-finger zoom gesture.
