How to remove iCloud activation lock

You will need the Apple ID and Password that the iPhone is locked to. If you purchased the iPhone used and have no way to contact the seller, then the device will not be usable any longer. There is no way to bypass the Activation Lock on a device that is locked to a previous owner.

If you purchased the device new and have the original purchase receipt from Apple or Authorized Apple seller, then you can provide that information to Apple to have it removed. A third party receipt will not be accepted.

The only way that you can remove Activation Lock is by entering the requested password to unlock it. If the Apple ID shown on the Actication Lock does not match yours, then you would need to get the requested password from the previous owner of your iPhone. Did you buy this iPhone second hand?
