Screen Time App Limit resets when limit is reached

Hello everyone,

I try to setup Screen Time App Limits for my kids, and it simply does not work.

Each time a limit is reached, instead of blocking access to the app, the time spent on the app becomes uncategorized (it becomes displayed as a gray bar).

Here is an example:

I have a limit set to one hour per day for Brawl Star. In the screenshot below we can see my kid has been playing Brawl Star for 53 minutes. Normally, he should have only 7 minutes left.

In this other screenshot, we can see that the Brawl Star time went down to 18 minutes, and all the Games category time became uncategorized.

This happens all day long, for any App Limit I set.

I have tried every tips I could find about that. Turning on/off Screen Time, resetting my kids iPhone, etc. Nothing works.

I am out of ressources here, can anyone help?
