Iphone update 17.4.1 - only 1 letter of text appears

My iPhone updated automatically last night and now I can only see one letter of the text thread unless I turn my phone to landscape/horizontal. How do I fix this?

Facing multiple issues on iPhone 16 after iOS 18.3.1 update This new update has caused multiple issues… phone dropping calls. Font size changed and font itself is different, gmail display is now either categories or list. Terrible !!!! I also have the “orange” dot display when trying to make a call using my speaker… message says the microphone is already being used. iPhone texting extremely slow and laggy after update to 17.6 Will there be a fix to this? Was it done deliberately to force an upgrade? Opening the messages app and reading texts is delayed sometimes by as much as 10 seconds. This includes keyboard response while typing in the messages app.

The messages appear normal again. I had restarted, that didn’t help, however I went back by scrolling up to older messages and they finally started appearing

Same thing happened with my 15 Pro Max with the new update. I tried shutting down and restarting, mine doesn't appear normal by turning horizontally. How do I fix this?
