Facing multiple issues on iPhone 16 after iOS 18.3.1 update

This new update has caused multiple issues… phone dropping calls. Font size changed and font itself is different, gmail display is now either categories or list. Terrible !!!! I also have the “orange” dot display when trying to make a call using my speaker… message says the microphone is already being used. I have an iPhone 16.

any suggestions to correct these issues with the new update or how can I revert back to another earlier update?

Once you update you can’t go back, if you don’t like the update you can contact apple support in the support app and give them a recommendation.

you can make the mail app go back to list though baby clicking the 3 dots in the top right of the app.

I thought I was losing my mind but my font is also smaller and subtly different. I noticed first in the mail app. It’s “smoother” but harder to read. Maybe kerning was changed? I don’t have any previous screenshots to compare directly to.
