Im unable to create a child account on my iPhone 15 pro max... when I get to the section where they are to send a varification code to my number a error message come up saying "cannot create account. Error description not available". But I still received a text on my phone with a code

To be clear, you MUST create a Child’s AppleID from a device belonging to — and logged-in as — the Adult Family Organizer.
Only THEN can you setup the child’s device(s) with the AppleID credentials previously created.
Get an Apple ID for your child – Apple Support (AU)
Plus, there is also the general rule that if an eMail address has EVER been used as an AppleID — or as any AppleID’s “Recovery/Notification” address — it can NEVER be used as another AppleID.
