My iphone 12mini was hacked. What to do?

hi all, today my iphone 12 mini seems like being hacked. In a middle of a whatsapp video call, suddenly someone else was typing on my iPhone. Then I tried to take out my sim card and update my iOS to the latest one 17.4.1.

During the update, my iPhone screen went greenish and in the middle screen there was flickering. Then gradually the screen went darker and darker so that by the end I couldn’t see anything, despite the mute/silent butten still vibrates, meaning the iPhone is still on.

What should I do?

Not a hack. Sounds like your screen digitizer is having issues. Causing phantom screen taps which may result in typing like behavior and then it just failed altogether.

If a forced restart does not resolve the issue, setup a service appointment at an Apple Store to have it checked out.
