Siri Randomly saying "Good morning" or "Good evening" on my Apple Watch

Once in a while, when I say Hey Siri to my Apple Watch to get it to do something it will just say "Good Morning" or " Good Evening". Then I have to say Hey Siri again to get it to 'do something'. It's quite annoying and I can't figure out why it's doing this or how to stop it.

In settings, "Always listen for Siri or Hey Siri" is turned off but when I say "Hey Siri" it still activates. I also turned it off on my apple watch. How can I get it to stop listening?

Siri Bug: "You don't have the Timer app installed" Today for no good reason: Siri started claiming that the Apple Watch does not have a timer. Perhaps Siri has a low opinion of the Apple Developers and their Apple Watch Timer App, but it would be nice if the Apple voice AI would recognize the presence of the Apple Watch Timer program.

Siri Listening even when turned off Siri is speaking through my watch even though I have turned off “Listen for ‘HeySiri’ “ in my watch settings. Even when not depressing the digital crown to manually invoke Siri, ‘she’ will speak over my watch. I have also turned off “Listen for Hey Siri” on my iPhone. Why is she still listening and talking to me?
