Where’s ear speaker at in iPhone 11 Pro?
- Not able to hear person talking to me in my ear phone speaker hardly at all

The earpiece is located at the top of the iPhone, in the slit.
If you cannot hear, and you have adjusted the volume using the side buttons and you have made sure its not covered by anything, then set up an appointment at an Apple Store to have it looked at.
