Pairing Apple Watch to new iPhone when it’s not in “Find My”

I need help with pairing my watch to my new phone.

-My old iPhone is erased, I gave it to my daughter.

-My watch was never in “Find My,” so I can’t wipe it there.

-It doesn’t have data but it still gets updated when I’m in my house.

-When I open the watch app on new phone it can’t find it.

Any suggests would be greatly appreciated!
