Cannot locate "Manage devices" under account settings

We gifted an Apple TV device to a friend but neglected to log it out of our account. I don't want to make it awkward so I'd like to simply remove it from our account but am unable to locate the "Manage devices" under my account settings. I've logged out of iTunes and logged back in. Everything else is there (Purchase history, apple account, hidden items, etc.). What am I doing wrong?

MacBook Air 13″, macOS 14.4

Check your Apple ID device list to find where you're signed in - Apple Support

On iPhone or iPad (iOS 17.x): Settings﹥[your name]﹥(scroll down to where you see your devices)﹥(select the intended device)﹥Remove from Account

On Mac (macOS Sonoma): System Settings﹥[your name]﹥(scroll down to where you see your devices)﹥(select the intended device)﹥Remove from Account

Also tell the new user to Reset to Factory Settings, to remove any prior customization, including account related, else the new user will be asked at some point for credentials, that they don’t have, without obvious clues on how to proceed. Reset or restore your Apple TV to its factory settings - Apple Support. After a proper reset, the new user will be asked to set it up again “as new”.
